Refund Policy

E-book (Digital Product)

Refund policy for our e-book “Migraine NOW: What Most Doctors Still Get Wrong” and other digital downloads sold via Lemon Squeezy.

Standard refund — 14 days, no questions asked. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Simply reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt.

Failed delivery. If you cannot access your download links due to a technical issue on our end, contact Dr.guak@riche.clinic and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.

Payment processing. E-book payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.


Email Consultation (Service)

Because second-opinion email consultations are highly personalized and our clinical work begins as soon as you submit your intake form, the following refund rules apply.

1. Full refund (100%) — before intake form submission

If you change your mind before completing your intake form, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing Dr.guak@riche.clinic. No questions asked.

2. No refund — after the intake form is submitted

Once your intake form has been submitted, Dr. Guak begins reviewing your case and preparing your written second opinion. Because the clinical work has commenced, refunds are not available from this point forward.

3. No refund — after the consultation response is delivered

When the written second opinion is delivered to your email address, the service is considered fulfilled.

4. Full refund — if response is not delivered within 14 business days

If we fail to deliver your written second opinion within 14 business days of receiving your completed intake form, you may request a full refund.

5. Service we cannot deliver

If we determine your case is outside the scope of our service (for example, non-headache conditions, cases requiring in-person evaluation, or diagnostic testing we cannot perform), we will issue a full refund and recommend an alternative path of care.

6. Payment processing

Email consultation payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds are returned via the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve any concerns directly. Improper chargebacks may result in suspension of service.
